Totalsec integrated BMC’s TrueSight and Remedy Service Management Suite to create a holistic approach for monitoring client security environments and automatically generating, managing, and tracking incident tickets to accelerate response to security threats.
With assistance from BMC partner AIS Sistemas Avanzados de Información, Totalsec integrated data and alerts from multiple security information and event management (SEIM) tools such as Splunk and IBM® QRadar®. The result is an automated process for consolidating and prioritizing events in TrueSight and delivering tickets to engineers through Remedy to speed response to attacks.
