24/7 Learning for the whole company with Education Enterprise Subscriptions – Web-Based subscriptions:

Education Enterprise Subscription – Web-Based subscriptions provide several advantages:

  • All Web-Based training is available for an unlimited number of customer employees from day 1 and for the complete duration of the subscription. This way access to best practices and unlimited enablement is always available and will speed up the implementation and drive more efficient and effective use of the product
  • The training is structured in small modules between 15 and 50 minutes, which can be easily taken during your day-to-day work
  • Training can be used to onboard a new customer and new employees, but also for any ongoing questions or support
  • The subscription continuously adds new contents without any additional cost
  • The subscription continuously adds new contents without any additional cost
  • The Education Enterprise Subscription – Web-Based subscription can be added to a BMC product subscription and co-termed, so the training investment is predictable and part of the total cost of ownership (TCO)
  • All Instructor-Led training is available at an additional addon purchase, see the “Individual” tab for information about the Education Individual Subscription – Instructor-Led.

Unlimited Learning for one product family and person with Education Individual Subscription – Instructor-Led subscriptions:

Education Individual Subscription Instructor-Led subscriptions are a premium paid program that includes all available and newly released BMC training on web-based, assisted self-paced, instructor-led, and certification exams for a single product family for a twelve-month period.

Education Individual Subscription Instructor-Led subscriptions provide training to deploy, configure, administer, operate, support, and optimize BMC solutions.

Individual subscriptions include for the selected product family:

  • All web-based training (WBT) courses
  • Assisted, self-paced (ASP) courses
  • Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) public courses
  • Certification exams, both Certified Associate and Certified Professional
  • 6 hours of expert coaching annually
  • All updates to this content during the subscription time period
