Embraer boosts production efficiency and slashes waste using Control-M

Embraer, the world’s third-largest commercial jet manufacturer, sought to overcome several interrelated challenges in its cable manufacturing division.

Due to errors in automated materials lists, up to 15% of materials were going to waste. The cost impact was significant, and the need for manual resolutions created delays and threatened production targets.
