What you get:

BMC will perform the following:

Under Customer’s direction, BMC will perform activities like the following:

• Lead implementation workshop with the customer.
• Coaching on effective operational usage.
• Support with Advanced Configurations and integrations.
• Advice on Customer’s performance requirements and scalability. requirements.
• Translate logical design into detailed technical design.
• Support and drive deployment to production.

Deliverables: The parties understand and agree that BMC will not be responsible for any specified or implied deliverables resulting from these Consulting Services. A report or email may however be communicated to Customer to present the status of the Services (“Status Report”).

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the allotted period of time has been reached or when Customer has indicated they no longer need assistance, whichever occurs first. From delivery start date, the service must be consumed and complete within 30 days. Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.

Pre-requisites:

• Customer to identify required area of BMC expertise.
• Offering should not be deployed when a success plan has been purchased that has credits available.
