What you get:
BMC will perform the following:
- Conduct workshop to gather and configure BMC Helix ITSM Foundation Data* for change management within a single tenant
- Configure the change management process based on BMC best practices
- Demonstrate standard change management use cases
- Review out-of-the box reports
- Configure people data roles and routing
- Configure up to three approval mappings and up to three change templates
- Prepare Construction Document
- Prepare Solution Design Document
- All configurations will be done in one non-production environment and migrated to the production environment
Customer will be responsible for:
- Ensuring availability of subject matter experts for workshop with BMC
- Gathering data from relevant subject matter experts for loading and/or configuring change management specific Foundation Data into the system

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Construction Document
- Solution Design Document
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.
