Automatically generate ServiceNow incidents from BMC Helix Operations Management events. Users can set a customizable trigger for events, automatically creating incidents and updating incident numbers in ServiceNow. Event status updates and comments are automatically passed to the incident and vice versa. This integration comes with customizable default field mapping.

Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS powered by Jitterbit subscription and administrator access to BMC Helix ITSM and Atlassian Jira. Leverages standard API authentication in both solutions.
