Automatically generate Azure DevOps work items from BMC Helix ITSM incidents and vice versa. Users can set a custom trigger for creating incidents/work items, allowing all status or comment updates, including attachments, to automatically pass between them. This integration comes with customizable default field mappings.
Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS powered by Jitterbit subscription and administrator access to BMC Helix ITSM and Atlassian Jira. Leverages standard API authentication in both solutions.
